Clean silhouettes, subtle embellishments, draping and sexy cut-outs were the look for Halston's Fall 2010 collection. There were short dresses, separates and a dusting of the season's biggest trend, fur. Overall it was a solid effort with wearable and classic, yet stand-out pieces. B+!

Since we can't get enough of this series of shoes, Alexander Wang has given us a new take on his now infamous shoe for the Fall 2010 season. He made a flat version, a heeled version, and now a boot version. Enjoy!

Michael Bastian updates the classic American collegiate/preppy look with tons of texture, red wing boots, and pops of color for punctuation. It may not be the most  innovative or new concept but it is certainly done well. Enjoy!

There Aint Nobody FRESHER [Maison Martin Margiela LBD]

Maison Martin Margiela never disappoints. The label is notorious for creating smart, minimal yet dramatic pieces and this dress is no exception. It is sexy and sophisticated and quirky all at the same time. 

American Idol [The-Dream's Love King]

Proving that marriage and fatherhood haven't hindered his work, The-Dream drops yet another Summer anthem. The song is definitely similar to some of his previous work, but if you find something that you're good at why change the formula? This song and video is definitely one of my favorites so far. It's like a big-budget, less messy version of the "Every Girl" meets "Single Ladies" meets "Girls Girls Girls" videos. Shouts to one of my favorite directors, Little X for a job well done.
